Pretty sure they're only trading assets for a Goalie. Maybe Niemi + Eakin or Honka for a pick, as a salary dump.

I'd be fine with giving up Eakin or Honka and "+" for Bishop, a nice "+" if they can extend Bishop.

I wouldn't give up much for MAF, I'd guess Pitt is just as anxious to move him and his warts, Bishop is the better of the available options IMO.

He may have top 6 potential, but that's pretty crowded right now in Dallas. Probably 3rd line minutes for him and Mckenzie this year, I'd say he could play up on the 2nd line as an injury sub.
